Computer Service and Health Check
This includes
› removing internal dust build up from the computer to allow it to breathe properly
› installing relevant Windows or Mac updates and service packs
› removing any old versions of free software that are no longer needed
› upgrading free programs to the latest versions
› testing of the hard drive and memory
Upgrades
If your computer is starting to get a bit slow, then we can take a look and see if an upgrade is possible. This could be just adding some more memory or a faster hard drive through to a complete upgrade of the internal parts.
If we have your computer in for repair, once we have it back in working order we can also make suggestions as to any possible upgrades to make the computer run better and be more efficient.
Data Recovery
Unfortunately hard drives do fail, usually at the most inconvenient of times. We always recommend that important information whether work related or family photos be backed up to an external drive.
In the event that your data is not backed up we can try to recover the data for you or if needed send the drive to a reputable specialist company so they can recover your important data for you.
