We provide on-site support to businesses on an as needed basis; we can also offer remote support, as long as your internet connection is working.
Service Contracts
For businesses who are looking for first class IT support and want to be able to control their monthly expenses, we offer fixed price service contracts. Our contracts cover the labour involved in maintaining your business systems and dealing with issues as they arise. This offers you the peace of mind that your IT systems are being maintained and if you do have any problems or need help and support on-site, you are not incurring any additional expense.
The majority of the work done under the contract is carried out remotely, whether this is assisting you or your employees with a problem they are experiencing or carrying out maintenance on the server or workstations. Almost all remote maintenance for routine updates is completed outside your office hours in order to minimise any downtime during your working day.
The maintenance contract also includes on-site visits when needed to resolve issues which cannot be fixed remotely or to set up and configure any new equipment supplied by us.
The cost of the monthly contract is based on the structure and location of your company. The agreed amount is payable on the first or each month by bank transfer. The only exceptions to the service contract are the installation/re-configuration of servers, office relocations and the installation and configuration of IT equipment not supplied by us.
